Resolution of the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha approving ~emorandum of Agree-
ment for expenditure of Gas Tax Allocation
for Major City Streets.
~,~EAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Hlg~'ays, has presented a memorandum
of agr=ement in accordance with a project statement submitted by
the City of Santa Ana for expen~ltura of the ~as tax a]location to
cities for the fiscal year 1956, and
~'~EREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, and desires to
approve the
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha that said a~reement for expenditure of the gas
tax allocation to clti~s be an5 the same is heraby approved and the
Mayor and Clerl: of the Counc~l are directed to si~n the same on
behalf of said City.
