%~HE ~REAS, CLARIt DYE, a married man, has presented to the City Council a
grant deed dated July 15, 1955 conveying property described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North half of Lot 9 in Bloc~ 8 of Palmer's Addition to the
Town of Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange~
State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
book 3h, page By, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County~
California.
N~, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 18th day of
