WHEREAS~ WALTER W. COWLES, an unmarried man, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated July ll, 1955 conveying property in the City 'of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California described as:
An easement for street pturposes over the Easterly Five (5) feet of
Lot 13 in Block I of the South Side Addition, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 3, Page 44 of Miscellaneous Maps,records
of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: Tb~t the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the
