~C~EREAS, ~S L. WOLFF, as Guardian of the Estate of ELSE WOL~~, has pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed dated July 14, 1955 in consideration of
the payment of $300.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The North 25 feet of the East 75 feet of the South 150 feet
of the following described property:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 11, Township
5 South, Range lOWest, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of West Eighth Street
602.4 feet West of the point of intersection of said line with
the West line of Artesia Street, as it existed prior to September
1st, 1924, running thence West 130.8 feet; thence North parallel
with the West line of Artesia Street 355 feet; thence East paral-
lel with the North line of West Eighth Street 130.8 feet; thence
South parallel with theWest line of Artesia Street 355 feet to
the point of beginning.
NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed
and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
