have presented to the City Council a grant deed d~ted July 29, 1955 conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange~ State of California, de-
scribed as:
An easement £or street purposes over the follo~zing described property:
PARCEL 1. Beginning at a point distant North 0° ~1' 35" East 27~.O0
feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Tract No. 13~1, as shown on
a map recorded in Book ~7, at page 45 of ~iscellaneous Maps~ records
of Orange Co~mty, Cslif.; thence North O° 21' 35" East 42.~O feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a
radius of 15.00 feet; thence ~orthwesterly along said curve through a
central angle of 90° 30' 15" an arc ~istance of 23.70 feet to a line
tangent which is parallel to and distant 30.00 feet South of the center
line o£ Eighth Street as sho~*g on said map o£ Tract No. 13~1; thence
South 89° 51' 20" West along said parallel line, 9~.87 feet to a potent;
thence North 0° 21' 3~" East 10.OO feet to a point; thence ]forth $9~ 51'
20" East 120.OO feet to a point in a line parallel to and distant 20.00
feet West of the monumented center line of English Street as shown on
said map of Tract No. 13~1; thence South OO 21' 35" West, 67.53 feet to
a point; thence South 89° 53' 14" West 10.00 feet to the point of
girming.

13~1, as shovm on a map recorded in Book 57, at Page ~$ of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence North 89° 5~' 14" East
10.00 feet to a point; thence North 0° 21' 35" East 55.00 £eet to a point;
thence South 89° 53' 1~" West 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 0° 21~
3~" West 55.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Comncil is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County~ Cali£ornia.
