WH~LEAS, %he cost of installation of water mains has materially increased
and the charge made by the City should be adjusted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the charge for the installation of
water mains in the City of Santa Aha be and the same is increased to $3.75 per
linear foot for all mains installed by the City for the service of subdivisions
or division of land by record of survey, within or directly benefitting the
area requesting such installation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this new charge shall be made in areas
covered by all subdivision maps or record of survey maps recorded after August 15~
