presented to the C~ty Council a grant deed dated July 29, 1955, conveying prep-
erty in the City of Santa Aha, Cotuaty of Orange, State of California~ described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly ~ feet of the
South 7~ feet of Lot 7 in Dlock 3 of Lyon's Addition to Santa Aha,
as sho~m on a map thereof recorded in Book 15, Page hg, ~iscella-
neous Records of Los Angeles Com~%% California.
~,70W, TH~2LEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Ooum. cil is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

regular meeting held on the 15th day of August , 19~5.
