%fHEREAS, ~R C~T CORP0i~TION has presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated October 11, 1954, conYeying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for the construction, maintenance and repair of a water
supply main and/or a sanitary sewer main over, under and across that real
property described as a strip of land 36 feet in width, lying 18 feet
on each side of the following described line:
Beginning in the North line of the Southeast one-quarter of Frac-
tional Section 30, Township ~ South, i~ange 9 West, San Bernardino
MeridianA Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, at a point distant thereon
Norta 89~ 04' 45" West !,353.64 feet from a bolt marking the intersec-
tion of said North line with the Northwesterly line of Irvine's Subdi-
vision, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County~ California, and run-
ning thence South 0° 55' 15" West 580.00 feet. EXCEPT the Northerly 30 feet.
The above described line is shown as the Westerly line of the ~.00
acre parcel on a ma~ recorded in Book 28, page 19 of Records of Survey,
records of said Orange Count?f, Cslifornia.
The above mentioned North line is the center line of Dyer Road.

N~, T~EREFOH.~, RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

regular meeting held on the 15th day o£ August , 19~5.
