CONCERNING PARKI~GL~,IITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking lin~tations created by those portions of
Resolutions No. 2~484, adopted on the 5th day of October, 1936; No. 3532, adopted
on the 16th day of December, 1946; and No. 4050, adopted on the 15th day of
February, 1951, and ordering the curb paintedRED, as follows:
T~IRD STREET
1. South side, between Birch Street and Broadway
2. South side, between Broadway snd Sycamore
3. South side, between Sycamore and Msin Street
4. South side, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street
5. South side, between Spurgeon Street and French Street
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of CaLifornia and Section 3201 of the Santa ~na ~nicipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set forth
~ Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
