ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
~E~REAS, INC0~ CEN?ERS, Inc., ~as presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated September b, 1955 conveying property
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California
described as:
The South 10 feet of the ~est 15 ~eot of Lot 30 and
the South 10 feet of ~o East 15 feet of Lot 31 of Tract
No. 2752, as shown on a L~ap recorded in Book 79
Pages 30 and 31 of Hiscellaneous Haps, records of
Orange County, California.
NOLV, THEREFOr, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the Co~uty Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of September
1955.
