WITH COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF ORANGE COUNTY
FOR TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE PROM NAVAL L.T.A. BASE
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of~the Council
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute that cer-
tain Agreement dated September 6, 1955 regardin~ treatment and dis-
posal of sewage and wastes accepted into the lines of the City of
Santa Aha from the United States Naval installation southeasterly
of the City under Contract dated January 18, 1943.
PASSED AND ADDPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
at its regular meeting held on the
