CONCERNING PARKING LINITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the portion of parking lfmitations created by
Resolution No. 55-227 dated August 15, 1955, and ordering the curb painted RED
as follows:
THIRD STREET
On the South side of Third Street, b~tween Bush Street and Spurgeon Street,
located as follows:
1. East I foot 6 inches of the West 102 feet
2. East 3 feet of the West 126 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the previsions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and l~m~tations as set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
~HIRD S ,TREET
On the South side of Third Street· between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street,
located as follows:
1. E~$ 25~ 6 inches of the West 126 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted Red· and the Acting Director of
Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove
described.
