Council a grant deed dated September 19,

has presented to the City
1955 conveying property
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 8 in Block 8 of Palmer's Addition to the Town of
Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 34, Page 87, Eiscellaneous Records of Los Angeles,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Califon~ia.
