CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEEEWITH:
BEIT RESOLVED: THAT Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of t~he
State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the City
Council hereby establishes parking regulations and lfm~tations as set forth in
Section 3217 of the Santa Aha Mmnicipal Code as follows:
Oni,the West side of Bush Street, between Second Street and Third Street,
located as follows:
1. The North 38 feet 6 inches
THIRD STREET
On the South side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street,
located as follows:
1. The EaSt- $1 feet of the ~West 239 feet 6 inches
and said curb along said street shall be painted .WHITE and the Acting Director of
the Department of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted
as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular
meeting held on the 26th. day of September , 1955.
