ACCEPTING GRANT SEED
W[~REAS, ~i~ARLES R ua ~LL, Jr., also known as CHARLES S.
ROCK?~ELL, and AUDREY M. ROC~ELL, his wife,~have presented to
City Council a grant deed dated September 2~, 1955, conve~ing
property described as:

An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5' of Lot 15 in Block 3 of the
South Side Addition to Santa Ann, in the City of
Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 3,
Page 44, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said
Orange County.
NOW, ~{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Arm
accepts said deed and the Clerk of' the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
