',~IEREAS, ~AE I. DENNIS has presented to the City Comncil a
grant deed dated October 6, 19~5 conveying property describod as:
An oasement for street purposes over the Easterly 1.4~' of
Lot ~ in Block i of the South Side Addition to the City of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 3, Page 44, Miscellaneous ~aps, records of said Orange
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
