CONCERNING PABKTNGLI~ITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEF~ITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking l~m~tations created by Resolution
No. ~=250, adopted on September 26, 1925, ordering the curb painted RED, as
follows:
WEST FIFTH STBEET
On the south side of West Fifth Street, between Broadway and Sycamore,
as follows:
1. East 10 feet of the West 197 feet
2. East 10 feet of the West 251 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be reproved or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and l~mftations
as set forth in Section3213 of the Santa AnaHunictpal Code, as follows:
WEST FIFTH STREET
On the south side of Fifth Street~ between Broadway and Sycamore~
as follows:
1. East 8 feet of the West 192 feet
2. East 20 feet of the West 251 feet
and said curb along said streets shall be paintedRED~ and the Acting Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as
hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED bythe Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
meeting held on the 7th day of November , 1955.
