CONCERNING PARKING LIMITAT~C~S AND CUHB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THE~A~WITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking l~m~tations created by Resolution
No. 55-228, adopted on August 15, 1955, ordering the curb painted RED, as
follows:
N~RTH SYCAMORE STREET
On the east side of Sycamore, between Second St. and Third St., as follows:
North 9 feet of the South 171 feet
and the parking l~mitations created by Resolution No. 55-2~7, adopted on
September 26, 1955, ordering the curb painted Yellow, as follows:
NORTH SYCAMORE STREET
On the east side of Sycamore, between Second St. and Third St., as follows:
North 20 feet of the South 191 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of C,1t fornia and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and ldmltations as set
forth in Section 3218 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
NORTH SYCAMORE STREET
On the east side of Sycamore, between Second St. and Third St., as follows:
North 27 feet of the South 191 feet
and said curb along said streets shall be painted YELLOW and the Acting Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next
hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Arm at its
regular meeting held on the ?th day of November , 1955.
