ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, EM~ J. TRUEBLOOD, a widow, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated November 4th, 1955 in consideration of
payment of $220.00, conveying p~operty in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 8 feet of
the following:
The South 43.60 feet of Lot 3 and the North 2.35 feet of
Lot 4 of Tract No. 271, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 14, Page 9, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
at its regular meeting held on the 21st
