WHEREAS, PAUL B. ANDERSON and ERMA A. ANDERSON, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 2, 1955
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for sewer lines, water lines and surface
drainage purposes over the South 30 feet of that portion
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, in Township 5 South,
Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 984 feet Nest of the common corner
of Sections ll, 12, 13 and 14, in Township 5 South, Range l0
West, and running thence South 330 feet; thence East 191
feet; thence North 330 feet; thence West 191 feet to the
point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AlO ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November , 1955.
