ACCEFTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, EMIL H. HEIDECKE and ANNA HEIDECKE, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a gvant deed dated November 14,
1955 in consideration of payment of $265.00 conveying property in the
City of S~ta Aha, County of Orange, State o£ California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of the
following described property:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section ll, in Township 5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, described as follows:
The South 50 feet of the East 163.45 feet of the North one-half
of the following: Beginning at a point 4o.6o chains South of
the common corner of Sections l, 2, ll and 12, in Township 5
South; Range l0 ~est, San Bernardino Ba~e and Meridian; thence
West 4.65 chains; thence South 6.12 chazns; thence East 4.65
chains; thence North 6.12 chains to the place of beginning;
EXCEPTING the Easterly 30 feet thereof for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
