WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY TITLE CONPANY, a Corporation, has pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 16, 1955, in
consideration of payment of $65,000.00, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots Seven and Ten in Block Seventeen of "Town of Santa
Ana", as shown on a Nap recorded in Book 2, page 51 of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November , 1955.
