AND GRANTING VARIANCE UNDER DIFFERENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 5HAN
THOSE RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, heretofore, Resolution Number 55-263 was adopted by
the Council on the matters hereinbelow referred to and errors occurred
therein; and
WHEREAS, said Council, after hearing and discussion, intended
that the language of the Resolution adopted by them on the matter ini-
tiated by Variance Application Number 692 to grant permission for the
erection of two duplexes on each lot hereinbelow described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Variance be granted on
Application Number 692 affecting ~he property in the City of Santa Arm,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots 5 and 6 of the Land of A. F. Morton and W. B. Ramsey,
as shown on a Licensed Surveyor's Map, filed in Book 2,
Page 8, of Records of Survey, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California,
to permit the construction of two duplexes on the rear of each of
said lots on the condition that garage space or adequate or£s~reet
parking be provided for a minimum of four cars for each duplex, upon
the same finding of special circumstances and property rights as set
forth in Planning Commission Resolution Number 878.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 55-263 is hereby
rescinded and repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November , 1955.
