ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, ELIZABETH L. NORMAN, as her separate property, as to an
undivided one-half interest; and DAVID J. HOWELL, a married man, as
his separate property, as to an undivided one-half interest, have pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 17, 1955 in
consideration of payment of $800.00, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 9 in Block 9 of Palmer's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana,
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 34, page 87, Miscel-
laneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby inst~ucted to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City ouncml of the City of Santa Arm
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November , 1955.
