ACCEPTING DEED
WHEREAS, EMMA CHILDERS, a widow, has presented to the City
Council agrant deed dated November ll, 1955 in consideration of pay-
ment of $2~0.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of
the Westerly 16.67 feet of the following described property:
The West 152.50 feet of the North 50 feet of the South 100
feet of the following:
Commencing at a point 325 feet West of the Northeast corner of
Lot 4 in Block "A" of Hedges Addition to the City of Santa Ana,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscel-
laneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, and running
thence North Parallel to the West line of Baker Street, 374 feet;
thence West 325 feet to the East line of Bristol Street as said
street existed on May 26, 1908; thence South along the East line
of Bristol Street, 374 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 19
in Block "B" of Hedges Addition, and thence East 325 feet to the
place of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5~ day of December , 1955.
