ACCEPTING GRANT DEED

~EREAS, JOE CASTANEDA and HORTENSIA CASTANEDA, husband and
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated October
conveying property described as:
That portion of Lot 9 in Block 7 of Tract No. 39, in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 9 Page 37 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest Co~ner of said Lot 9; thence
Easterly 48 feet along the North line of said lot to the
Northeast Corner thereof; thence Southerly 13.33 feet
along the East line of said lot; thence Southwesterly
along a straight llne 48.12 feet to its point of inter-
section with the West line of said Lot 9, said point of
intersection being 16.66 feet from the Northwest Corner
of said lot; thence North 16.66 feet along the West line
of said lot to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of .D.e.gember .... , 1955.
