SENTATIVE ON CITY-COUNTY COOPERATIVE HIGHWAY COM~fITTEE
WHEREAS, the County of Orange and various Cities within said
County have agreed to the establishment of a committee to study and
recommend upon highway problems mutually affecting the entities
forming said committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THat the City of Santa Aha
hereby designates the Director of Public Works of said City as the
person to represent the City of Santa Ana on the City-County Co-oper-
ative Highway Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha has deter-
mined not to enter into any highway or street agreement until such
agreement has been considered by the committee herein referred to.
However, the City of Santa Aha will not be bound by or necessarily
follow any recommendation made by said committee.
