ACCEPTING GRANT ~EED
WHEREAS, WILLIAM McGIMPSEY and HELENA. McGIMPSEY, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 18,
1955 in consideration of payment of $425.00, conveying property in
the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
PARCEL l: The Easterly l0 feet of Lots 2 and B, excepting
the Southerly 14.00 feet of Lot 2, in Tract No. 662, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 24, Page 17, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County.
PARCEL 2: That portion of said Lot 3 described as a spandrel
shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly by the North line of said
Lot 3, bounded Easterly by the West line of Parcel l, and bounded
Southwesterly by the arc of a curve concave Southwesterly having
a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said North line of Lot 3,
and tangent to said West line of Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of December , 1955-
