ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, DANIEL McDONALD AND BESNICE L. McDONALD, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 29,
1955 in consideration of payment of $270.00 conveying property in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet
of the Westerly 15.67 feet of the following described property:
Lot 19 in Block B of Hedges Addition to Santa Ana, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREF01~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of .December , 1955.
