ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, GEORGE S. BERRY and EDNA HALL BERRY, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, ~ grant deed dated November 29,
1955 in consideration of payment of $2~0.00 conveying property in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet
of the ~esterly 16.67 feet of the following described property:
The North 50 feet of the South 150 feet of the following:
Beginning at a point 325 feet ~est of the Northeast corner of
Lot $ in Block "A" of Hedges Addition to Santa Aha, as shown on
a map thereof, recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscellaneous Rec-
ords of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence North
parallel to the West llne of Baker Street, 3?4 feet; thence West
325 feet to the East line of Bristol Street, as said street is
shown on the map hereinbefore referred to; thence South along the
East line of Bristol Street, 374 feet to the Northwest corner of
Lot 19 in Block "B" of said Hedges Addition; and thence East 325
feet to the place of beginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 170 feet thereof.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of December , 1955.
