RESOLUTION NO. 55-318 ACCEPTING
EASEMENT FOR RI~HT OF WAY.
WHEREAS, Edward Lustgarten and Harriet Lustgarten,
husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ana,
California, a grant of easement for right of way for Joint Outfall
Sewer purposes, for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa
Aha, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all Municipal Corporations,
on, upon, under and across the parcel of land described in said
easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of
this Resolution by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Santa Ana, acting for the aforesaid Cities,
That the City of
accepts said easement
for right of way and the property hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th
day of December , 195 5 .
