ACCEPTING QUITCLAII,~ DEED
~rIEREAS, JAY C. B~ESE~YER, dba SANTA ANA OIL COEPANY, has
presented to the City C~uncl± a quitclaim deed dated November 9th,
19~ conveying property in the City of ~anta Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over:
That portion of the Northerly 72.80 feet of Lot 32 of
Tract No. 923, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 29,
Page l~, Niscellaneous ~aps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
PARCEL 1: The Westerly 10 feet of said Lot 32.
PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded North-
erly by the North line of said Lot 32, bounded Westerly by
the Easterly line of Parcel l, and bounded Southeasterly by
the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly, having a radius of
l~.00 feet and tangent to said North line of Lot 32, and tan-
gent to said East line of Parcel 1.
NO~, THEREFOi~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Hecorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of January , 1356.
