ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, ELLIS ~. STANLEY and FERN L. STANLEY, husband and ~v
wife; ERNEST N. ~INBIGLER, a married man; ROBERT E. WINBIGLER, a
married man; and S. A. LINCOLN CORP., a Corporation, have presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated January 26, 1956, conveying
property in the City of Santa Arm, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as:
An easement for pipe line purposes, 15.00 feet in width, over
that portion of Lots 22 and 23 of the Town of Santa Aha East,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 10, Page ~, Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, the Easterly
line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Co~ner of said Lot 22 and running
thence South 1° 02' 15" East along the East line of said Lots
22 and 23, 745.12 feet.
Subject to an easement for road and public utility purposes over
that portion included within Seventeenth Street and to an ease-
ment for pipe line purposes over the East 5.00 feet thereof, as
granted to the Santa Aha Valley Irrigation Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of February , 1956.
