WHEREAS, ERNEST N. WINBIGLER, a married man, and ROBERT E.
WI NBIGLER, a married man, have presented to ~he City Council a grant
deed dated February 6, 1956, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the South l0 feet of
the North 50 feet of Block 22, "Town of Santa Aha East",
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 10, Pages 43 and ~ of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Oalifornia.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM a strip of land along the West line of
said Block 22, conveyed for ~ailroad purposgs by deed
recorded August 6, 1887 in Book 274, Page 168 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of February, 1956.
