HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-019RESOLUTION NO. 56-19 ACCEPTING GRANT D~ED WHEREAS, GLENN H. STIVERS and EMMA C. STIVERS, husband and wife as Joint tenants, an undivided one-half interest, and MORGAN A. STIVERS and VIRGINIA STIVERS, husband and wife as Joint tenants, an undivided one-half interest, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated January 12, 1956, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for road and public utility purposes over the Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 5_South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M., and z~n~ni~g thence North 0v 39' 45" East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88v 48' 15" East 1350 feet to the true point of beginning of the lot herein described, and running from said point of beginning South 88° 48' 15" East 128 feet~ thence South 0° 39' 45" West 169.~8 feet; thence North 88v 52' West 128 feet; thence North 0~ 39' 45~ East 169.63 feet to the true point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of February , 1956.
