ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, GLENN H. STIVERS and EMMA C. STIVE~, husband and
wife, as Joint tenants, an undivided one-half interest, and MORGAN A.
STIVER~ and VIRGINIA STIVEP~, husband and wife as Joint tenants, an
undivided one-half interest, have presented to the City Council a
grant deed dated January 12, 1956, conveying property in the City of
Santa &ua, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden
allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township
5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & thence North
East 1329.13 feet; thence South 48' 15" East 186 00 feet;.
said point being the t~ue point of beginning; thence South 88°
48' 15" East 193.31 feet to the Westerly line of the Seccombe
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, Page 89 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, thence
S 2° 16' 45" West Aong said Westerly line a distance of 168.89
feet; thence North 88° 52' 00" West 188.53 feet; thence North
0° 39' 45" East 169.07 feet to the true point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
