WHEHEAS, GLENN H. STIVEP~ and EMMA C. STIVEF~, husband and wife,
as Joint tenants, an undivided one-half interest, and NORGAN A. STIVERS
and VIRGINIA STIVERS, husband and wife as Joint tenants, an undivided
one-half interest, have presented to the City Council a grant deed
dated January 12, 1956 conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden
Allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest comer of Section 30, Township
5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & ~ thence North 0° 39' 45"
East 1329.13 feet; thence South 48' 15" East 566 feet to
the point of beginning of the lot herein described; thence
from said point of beginning, South 88° 48' 15" East 124.00
lest; thence South 2° 39' 45' West 170.34 lest; thence North
88 55' 45" West 124.00 feet; thence North 0 39' 45" East
170.48 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of 0~ange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its ~egular meeting held on the 6th day of Februar~ , 1956.
