tablish such setback lines and ~reafter ~ error oc~red in the
posti~ of the notice req~red in such p~ceedt~a;

~. F. fail, ad tracks ~ Hatha~y ~treet, ~ feet f~m ~e
su~ey~d center l~e; f~m Ha~away Street to Gr~ Ave-
nue, 34 feet ~om the su~eyed center line;and on the
~ou~ side ~m the A.T. & S.F. railroad tracks ~ Hathaway
~treet, 50 feet f~m the surveyed center l~e; all dis-
tances measured at right angles to said s~veyed center line.

t~e ~d place when all persons having any objection to ~e cmntin-
uation, ~-establi~m~t and/or modification of said p~posed setback
lines, ~y appear ~d ~ heard.
~ IT F~ ~SOLV~: ~at the Clerk of ~e Council is hereby
directed to give notice by publl~i~ a copy ofthis Resolution in ~e
S~ta ~a I~ependent and the ~gineer's Office is directed ~ post
one copy of ~is Resolution, conspicuously on said street, in front
of each block or ~rt thereof, where said setback li~ is herein p~-
posed to be continued, re-established or modified. Both publication
and posting shall be made at least 10 days before the time of said
hearing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That because of the error in the post-
lng of notice as ordered by Resolution No. 55-305, said Resolution
is hereby repealed and rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the
