CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitations set forth in Resolution
No. 5009, adopted July 2, 1951, and ordering the curb painted GR~, as follows:
SEVENTEENTH STREET
On the North side of Seventeenth Street, between Jefferson Place and Broadway,
as follows:
East 20 feet of the West 140 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That purse,ant to the provisions of the vehicle
Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes regulations and l~m4tatious as set forth in
Section 3213 of the Santa Ann Municipal Code, as follows:
SEVENTEENTH STREET
On the North side of Seventeenth Street, between Jefferson Place and Broadway,
as follows:
East 14 feet of the West 140 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted R~D~, and the Acting Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove
described.
