STRUTS NOW KNOWN AS "FRONT~T~TO "NASHINGTON
AVENUE" and "EAST WASHINGTON PLACE"
WHEREAS, heretofore, changes have been made in the names of
Washington Avenue and Frontage Road Westerly of Grand Avenue; and
WHERF_.AS, the Planning Commission on February 14, 1956 recom-
mended further changea as herein set out;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the name of that certain
public street in the City of Santa Aha, known as Frontage Street
Beginning on the Easterly side of Grand Avenue,
opposite, and as an extension of, East Washington
Place, which lies West of Grand Avenue and running
'through a reversed curve Southeasterly, along the
Easterly side of hhe Santa Arm Freeway to Fruit Street
be changed to East Washington Place;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the name of that portion of pub-
lic road now known as Frontage Street
Lying Southwesterly of She Santa Aha Freeway between
Grand Avenue and the Santa Aha Freeway, opposite from,
and as an extension of, Washington Avenue,
be changed to Washington Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of February, 1956.
