ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, VICTOR J. BORCHARD and RUTH MAE BOR~HARD, husband and
wife, have presented to tH~0'~ty Council a grant deed dated September
26, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5 feet of
the property described as: Beginning on the East line of Main
Street at a point 48.75 feet South of the Southwest corner of
Lot l0 in Block 6 of Lyon's Addition to Santa Aha, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 15, Page 49, Miscellaneous Rec-
ords of Los Angeles County, Califomia, running thence East 159
feet; thence South 148.93 feet, more or less, to a point on the
North line of Bishop Street at the Southwest corner of Lot 17
in Block 6 of said Lyon's Addition; thence West along the North
line of Bishop Street, 159 feet to the East line of Main Street;
thence North along the East line of Main Street 148.93 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of .?ebru~ry , 1956.
