ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, J. W. ALTON and FRANCES E. ALTON, husband and wife,
as joint tenants, have.~--~resented to the City Council a grant deed
dated January ll, 1956, conve~ing" property in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden
allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township
5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B.&]~. and runniong thence North 0~
39' 45" East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88 48' 15" East 246
feet to the point of beginning of the lot he rein descrlb~d,
an~ running thence from said point ~f beginning South 88v 48'
15' East 64,00 ~eet; thence South 0 39' 45" West 170.76 feet;
thence North 88v 52' 45" West 64.00 feet; thence North 0° 39'
45" East 170.83 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.

at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of February , 1956.
