ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, JAMES J. WRIGH~ and RUTH W. WRIGHT, husband and wife,
have to the City Council a ~rant deed
as Joint tenants, 1956presented
dated February 17, in consideration of payment of $227.00, con-
veying p~operty in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over: The Easterly l0 feet of
the Westerly 40 feet of the Southerly 43 feet of the parcel of
land described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of Lot S
of T~act No. 839, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book
25, Page 42, Miscellaneous ~{aps, records of said Orange County;
running thence S. parallel with the E. llne of Bristol Street,
172.23 ft. more or less, to the N. line of Hedges Addition, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, page 48, Miscella-
neous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence W. along
the N. line of said Hedges Addition 174.50 ft. more or less, to
the center line of Bristol Street; thenc.e N. along the center
S o t ,~
line of Bristol Street to a point which ms · 89 38 30 W. 30
ft. fEom the SW comer of Lot 5 of said Tract No. 839; thence
N. 89v 38' 30" E. along the S. line of said Tract No. 839, 174.50
ft. more or less, to the point of beginning.
NOW, ~qEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Cit~ Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the both day of February , 1956.
