ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, MAGGIE M. SNIDER, a widow, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated February 23, 1956 in consideration of pay-
ment of $182.50 conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 10 feet of
the following: Lot 30 of Tract No. 923, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 29, Page 14, Miscellaneous Naps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
