WHEREAS, LARRABEE FRANZ FOSTER and MAXINE BROWN FOSTER, husband
and wife, as Joint tenants, have p~sented to the City ouncil a
grant deed dated February 28, 1956 in consideration of payment of
$24o.oo, conveying property in the City of Santa Ar~, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of
the Westerly 16.67 feet of the following: The N 50 ft. of the
S 250 ft. of the following: Commencing at a point 325 ft. W
of the NE corner of Lot 4 in Block A of Hedges Addition to
Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page
48, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;
running thence N parallel to the W line of Baker Street, 374 ft;
thence W 325 ft. to the E line of Bristol Street, as said Bristol
Street is shown on the map of Hedges Addition .to Santa Ana shove
referred to; thence S along the E line of said Bristol Street,
374 ft. to the NW corner of Lot 19 in Block B of said Hedges Ad-
dition; and thence E 325 ft. to the place of beginning;
EXCEPT the E 175 ft.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be ~ecorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
Califo~ala.
