WHEREAS, WALTER BA_~, a married man~ has presented to the
City Council a grant dee-~ed March 5, 1956 in consideration of
payment of $700.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over:
PARCEL l: The Easterly 7 feet of the Westerly 17 feet of
the Northerly 120 feet of Lot 2 of "Montgomery Tract", also
known as Tract No. 33, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 9, Page 31, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly
by the North line of said Lot 2, bounded Westerly by the East line
of Parcel l, bounded Southeasterly by the arc of a curve concave
Southeasterly having a radius of 15 feet and tangent to said North
line of Lot 2 and tangent to said East ~ine of Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED A~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Arm
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 1956.
