ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, GOLDIE B. B6wwwR~ a married woman, whose husband is
WALTER BARKER, has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated
March 5, 1956, conveying property in the City of Sa~a Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over:
PARCEL l: The Easterly 7 feet of the Westerly 17 feet of the
Northerly 120 feet of Lot 2 of "Montgomery Tract", also known as
Tract No. 33, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 9, Page
31, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly
by the North line of said Lot 2, bounded Westerly by the East line
of Parcel l, bounded Southeasterly by the arc of a curve concave
Southeasterly having a radius of 15 feet and tangent to said North
line of Lot 2 and tangent to said East linc of Parcel 1.
NOW, ~tEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Arm
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby inst~cted to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
