~CCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, NAY ~. DU~TT, a married woman, formerly NAY M.
GARLOCK, has presented to~e City Council a grant deed dated
~,~arch 9, 1956, in consideration of payment of H240.00, conveying
property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet
of the following:

NOW, T~REFO~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th .day of March , 1956.
