ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
VfJEREAS, VINCENT KOWAL$$I and MARIE A. KOWALSKI, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 15, 19~
in consideration of payment of ~30.00, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purlooses over that portion of Lot
of Tract No. 12~6, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 41, Page 48, ~iscellaneous ~aps, records of said Orange
County, described as a spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded
Northerly by the North line of said Lot 16, bounded Easterly
by the East line of said Lot 16, and bounded Southwesterly by
the arc of a curve concave 5outhwesterly having a radius of
l~.00 feet and tangent to bath North and East lines of said
Lot 16.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
