WHEREAS, SANTA ANA HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY has ~/~

conveying property in the City of ~anta Arm, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for road purposes over the Northerly 50.00 feet
of the Easterly 1289.52 feet of the Kuffel and Fletcher Tract,
as shown on a Nap recorded in Book 19, page 48 of ~Iiscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFRO~I that portion thereof previously ~anted
for Edinger Street.
NOW, q3tEREFORE BE IT P~SOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby inst~cted to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
